Bonding
SSC has the capability to post a Payment, Performance or Bid Bond up to $15M.
This is a unique and valuable capability of our company.
Details:
1. Should subcontractor fail to perform as expected the bond company will step in and complete the performance that was expected of subcontractor, no questions asked.
2. Should subcontractor fail to pay it's suppliers and /or subcontractors the bond company will step in and pay all bills for which subcontractor is obligated, no questions asked.
3. Should subcontractor not honor a bid the bond company will immediately step in on our behalf and do so.
The reason SSC possesses this capability is that we have demonstrated to the bond carrier that we have a history of paying our bills and performing as expected. Thus, they are taking a low risk in issuing a bond on our behalf.
SSC is able to procure any of these bonds within 48 hours or less as long as we are provided with the project specifics.
